Over the past couple of months in 2022 there has been big changes. All of the upstairs is now plastered and ready to paint. The terracotta tiles have been relaid downstairs which flow from the front door through to the back where we now have new bi-folding doors fitted.

Originally, from the back of the house the sea views were obstructed by a dilapidated porch, an old oil tank and shoulder-high nettles! By clearing the area and adding bi-folding doors we can now showcase the most beautiful view of the valley leading down to the sea. During spring and autumn the sunsets directly inline with this view and makes it even more magical.

By reconfiguring the bathroom it has now become larger and a new bathroom suite installed. Decorative new tiles to the floor and walls plus tongue and groove wood panelling gives this up graded space a clean and fresh feel.

We have also brought and in the process of refurbishing some antique, solid wood kitchen cabinets which came with a built in sink and zinc work tops. We hope you agree, they fit in perfectly, both size and with the character of the house.
